Tree planting projects

Sustainable Wood Solutions CIC delivers tree planting projects free to Schools wherever possible.

These projects are funded by a range of organizations such as Woodland Trust Scotland, Community Woodland Association and Forestry Commission Scotland.

Trees can be planted either in school grounds or nearby green space, where the owner gives consent.
A class of 30 pupils will plant over 200 trees in under an hour. Conditions on site are weather dependant and pupils will get dirty!

Classroom sessions can be tailored to the age group and subject of the class.

Pupils are invited to put forward projects that they wish to accomplish.
