Kiln dried timber

Sustainable Wood Solutions CIC select logs from tree surgeons and local authorities for sawmilling and kiln drying.

Key species we mill are Oak, Ash, Elm, Beech and Sycamore. Other species such as Yew and Cherry are milled when available.

Stock sizes are available and customer requirements can be milled, though this will have a longer delivery time.

Timber is kiln dried to 8% moisture content and is suitable for interiors and furniture.

Waney edge timber is available for creating timber features such as picture frames, tables and shelves.
